ANGEL: Tour Dates Announced
November 1, 2004Legendary '70s rockers ANGEL will be performing at the Dallas Hard Rock Café on Saturday, November 13. The show will be presented by "TheBone" 93.3 and Renegade Entertainment.
ANGEL skyrocketed to stardom in the mid '70s as one of the first "metal" bands on the very eclectic music scene of that decade. Powered by soaring notes and thunderous rhythms, unified by a stunning image, a spectacular stage show (rivaled only by past record company labelmates KISS),superb rock songs and arguably the best band logo-type in rock history, ANGEL secured their legacy in rock and roll with hits such as "Tower" and "Don't Leave Me Lonely" and also made a cameo appearance in the Jodi Fost movie "Foxes" with the song "Twentieth Century Foxes". ANGEL is ready to continue their legacy just recently returning from Europe performing at the Bang Your Head Festival in Germany and planning shows across the U.S. through the New Year. Other shows include November 11 at Clicks in Baton Rouge, LA and November 12 at Forgetta'boutit in Houston, TX.
ANGEL's current line up includes original members Frank Dimino and Barry Brandt, They are joined by Steve Blaze of LILLIAN AXE/NEAR LIFE EXPERIENCE on guitar, Randy Gregg of THIN LIZZY on bass, and Michael T. Ross of HARDLINE on keyboards.
